The following choices are available as responses to each question:

1 = Strongly Agree ; 2 = Slightly Agree ; 3 = Indifferent ; 4 = Slightly Disagree ; 5 = Strongly Disagree.

I Sexual Questions

1) Sex is a very important part of married life for me.

III Personal Values Questions
